Origin Micro and its affiliates provide a procurement source for products offered on our e-commerce platforms. We purchase from authorized agents worldwide. At minimum, OMI supports all “New” products with a standard depot warranty for a period of time that is equal to or greater than the standard manufacturer’s warranty period. Products can be returned for warranty service directly to our facilities. Please contact your representative if you have a warranty issue or further questions regarding warranty service. Most products sold carry the original manufacturer’s warranty. Some restrictions may apply. Please check the manufacturer’s website for specific warranty information regarding open market sourced products. Origin Micro offers a 60-day DOA replacement warranty on all products sold as well as a depot warranty for the period equivalent to the manufacturer’s warranty. Ask your Origin Micro representative for more details. Trademarks, copyrights, IOS, and IP-protected software are solely owned and the property of the original equipment manufacturer. Please be sure to contact the original equipment manufacturer with questions regarding restrictions associated with proprietary software and product rights before purchasing extended warranty services.

Return Policy:
The buyer has 30 days after our shipping carrier posts official delivery confirmation to initiate a return. Please be absolutely sure of your intent to use our product before opening the factory sealed box. We expect all returns to arrive back at our facility in the same condition they departed. Only when this requirement is met can we issue a full refund. A 20% restocking fee may be applied at the seller’s discretion when these stipulations are not met.
