What type of warranties are offered by Origin Micro?

The majority of our quality products sold through Origin Micro are sold carrying the original manufacturer’s warranty. Individual warranty details may be found on the manufacturer’s website in most cases, and our team can point you in the right direction if you’re unable to find it on your own.

On all products sold, Origin Micro does offer a 60-day DOA Replacement Warranty. This means that if your product is damaged in transit, in some cases, we will be able to replace or repair, free of charge.

We also offer depot warranties to ensure our customers receive the highest quality, most reliable care from our business. A depot warranty is applicable for the equivalent to the period of the manufacturer’s warranty and coverage can be explained in more depth by our team depending on the product you are purchasing. If my product is under warranty, how do I claim the warranty?

If it is a manufacturer warranty, you must connect directly with the manufacturer. If it is an Origin Micro warranty, simply reach out to your service representative during regular business hours from (insert) at (phone or email?).

Do all products purchased from Origin Micro have a warranty?

Most, if not all, products that you purchase from Origin Micro do carry the manufacturer’s warranty. We are a stocking distributor of the world’s top tech brands, which we get directly from each individual manufacturer to ensure top quality and warranty options for all products we sell.

Return FAQs:

How do I return a product?

A return merchandise authorization (RMA)’ must be arranged with your service representative. Once the RMA Form has been completed and accepted by Origin Micro, the product must be returned within 15 days of the RMA date. RMA’s are handled quickly, keeping your best interest in mind—we understand your purchase with us is an investment.

Are there any requirements for a refund?

All returns and refunds are only applicable for products that are new, unopened, and undamaged. They must be returned to Origin Micro in the condition it was received with all applicable accessories and packaging. Items must have a UPC or serial number, which should not be an issue when purchased through Origin Micro originally.

Do you charge a fee on returns/ refunds?

Should the returned item show that it has been opened, with wear and tear, missing parts, or obvious signs of use will be charged up to 80% of the item’s sale price.

When can I expect my refund after I return a product to Origin Micro?

Refunds are issued to customers after the item has arrived back at our warehouse and been inspected by our team. Once processed, a refund will be issued usually within 2 business days to the original form of payment.

How can I check my order status?

Upon purchasing your products with Origin Micro you’ll receive a confirmation email to the email address you put on your order. Then, once the item ships you’ll receive a full itemized invoice outlining the costs as well as serial numbers for your products and tracking details. You may also make an Origin Micro account so you can simply log in for updates!

How much does shipping cost?

Origin Micro offers complimentary shipping on all orders via UPS Ground or FedEx.

When will my product ship?

Our unique ability as a stocking distributor is to ship the same business day if the order is placed prior to 3:00 p.m. Eastern. If placed after 3:00 p.m. Eastern, or over the weekend, it will ship next business day. Our priority is getting your products to you as quickly as possible! Since we keep stock right in our warehouse ready to ship, you’ll have it in no time.

What terms do you offer for payment?

With individual consumer orders, payment is required upon purchase via Credit Card or PayPal.

Business and wholesale accounts may pay via Credit Card, PayPal, Wire Transfers, or Net Terms upon account approval. Speak with your Origin Micro service representative for more information on how to obtain approval for your business account today!
